Dr. Chi was incredibly knowledgeable, and very kind with his explanation of my procedure needed. He spent time answering questions and was just a great experience and I was relieved after my visit.
I appreciate the time Dr. Chi spent explaining my condition, the options for fixing/relieving the condition and the potential positive and negative effects of each option, as well as allowing me time to digest all of the options before making a decision on treatment. Follow up care has also been excellent. I am very happy with the care I have received from Dr. Chi.
Dr. Chi is a very experienced, compassionate, and pragmatic surgeon. He spent a substantial amount of time explaining my case, the options and timing. I have confidence I can make an informed decision about my situation. I trust his evaluation and prognosis.
Dr. Chi was Great. X-Ray done and read quickly, Dr. Chi took time to explain the x-ray results and offered a solution I felt was appropriate. He answered my questions and visually showed me the procedure he thought would help. Dr. Chi is friendly, courteous and explained my problem in a way I could understand. I would recommend Dr. Chi.
Dr Chi listened to my ankle issues and made an informed decision that surgery was not required at this time. He did not rush into surgery as the previous dr suggested without discussing my past treatment
I continue to be thrilled with my wonderful surgeon, Dr Thomas Chi. I went for this last visit with a concern that he reassured me about. I left feeling positive and ready to get on with my recovery. Along with his personal calls after my surgery to check up on me, this confirmed my oinion that not only is he a marvelous surgeon, but a kind person that cares about his patients as well as his work.
