Friendly assistants minimal waiting. I have been Dr Chi's patients for many years and he is a very concerned easy to talk to person. All of work that he has done has held up quite well considering my age I have no problem with dealing with him for further Orthopedic work.

Dr. Chi is thorough, conscientious and efficient. He explains surgical options and is a good listener. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise.
The doctor went above and beyond to ensure that a patient is comfortable and worked together with the patient to identify the core cause of the problem.
How do I begin? He had access to all my imaging and prior history before the visit, but walked into the session blindly as if he couldn't be bothered to review my case beforehand. His social skills were barely existent as he spoke into a speech to text device to dictate his entire medical note as I sat there and listened taking time out of my visit. Be wary of on-line reviews for physicians, especially when you are texted by that doctor to provide a review following each office visit, even before procedures are performed, or recovery is complete. I have never had to think about reviewing a surgeon who has operated on me over the years and I have had several, complex and successful surgical procedures performed. Dr Chi is an incredibly talented and compassionate surgeon. He always listens carefully and fully answers my questions. I’ve had great outcomes with him.
I saw Dr. Chi for my left ankle fluid retention. With a history of autoimune and obesity from steroids, it was complicated. But he was really thorough in his approach and guided me for a minimally invasive treatment option to avoid flares. Amicable to speak to and gives enough time. Overall I had good experience with Dr. Chi and at Proliance orthopedic for last 6 years.
Dr Chi was able to readily assess my two bunion repairs done elsewhere. He identified healing-gone-wrong in major ways that the first clinician had missed. His revisions are flawless. Find him first!!
