I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Yes, it was handicap-accessible Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They were a little too argumentative and angry. Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
