Great people and service. I've had multiple vehicles repaired here and they always go above and beyond to make sure that my car is repaired right.
Had new radiator, hoses, coolant, and thermostat installed in November 2017. Got an oil change at Oil Express in March 2018 and the tech noticed my coolant was clear....WATER. Thanks Thomas & sons for trying to RUIN my car while charging me $75 for WATER. STAY AWAY from this POS “repair” shop.
They charged me a 3% convenience fee for using my debit card. I was told that unless I paid in cash, the charge would not be refunded. My tab after every problem they could find, was near $2800.00. The extra fee was $83.00. So be prepared for this! I just learned a valuable lesson in court with this shop. Make sure you read the fine print at the bottom of the repair invoice. Had a great experience at Thomas and Sons Automotive. Their staff was incredibly friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. Not only were they able to get me in immediately, Blake quickly diagnosed the issue. I was very impressed with their knowledge of what was the root cause of my car repair, as well as the long term solution to ensure my vehicle was running as optimal as possible.
