They’re not honest people. Claimed someone was tampering with truck, and that caused the part to fail that they were responsible for when they fixed brakes, which were double the cost. Paul treated me poorly and told me to get off his property. Initial repair, they came up all types of more things they wanted to repair. They’re a rip off.

Thomas & Sons Automotive is simply awesome. While traveling from a job in Michigan, back to TN the dreaded fear we all have while driving, happened. The truck we were in, needed immediate attention. Luckily, we found Thomas & Sons Automotive, and they were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. These guys bailed me out of a huge pickle bright and early on a Saturday morning! They went above and beyond mounting new tires on my old truck very last minute. Very friendly and efficient!! Thank you sooo much, y'all are life savers!!
Professional, friendly, reliable... from Phil at the intake desk to Blake in the shop, top notch, quality service/repair. And they are bulldogs when it comes to diagnosing the true problem. They walked me through my options and then followed through until I was satisfied with the results. They live up to their motto - "We treat you like family."
