I was in a crunch to get overnight assistance with my mom as she was being discharged from hospital. Monika and her team were able to provide care with just over 24 hours notice. They have shown much flexibility as we develop her care plan.
We found ourselves in a difficult position as Mum needed transport to an appointment and family was out of the country… I was given the name of Thistlecreek to assist and from the moment of first contact ; their attention was amazing! Very easy to work with to arrange transport, VERY detailed notes regarding what happened on the appointment, and Mum was very happy! highly recommend Thistlecreek Healthcare!?
Excellent care for our 102 year old very independent mother. She had a fall and suddenly required 24 hour care. Thistlecreek provided caregivers extremely quickly. They were caring, friendly, compassionate and very competent. My mother considered them her friends. She now only need overnight care that was provided very easily. I would highly recommend Thistlecreek.
Our 96 year old mom has dementia, is fiercely independent & still lives alone but needs help. We have worked with Dave, Judith, Stephanie & Makayla for last 5 months and they have been kind, understanding, helpful, respectful and responsive to all our requests and have been very flexible in accommodating our and moms needs.
