We highly recommend Thistlecreek Health Care for the talented team, excellent communication and true caring they offer. Since 2023 we have appreciated how the PSWs that work in our home, as well as the office staff (Judith and Dave) have all demonstrated such a deep understanding of our situation and our needs. Time and again they have proven to be able to shift quickly and seamlessly when we have had to request last minute changes. We know that we can count on them to help us out and for that we are grateful.

We contacted Thistlecreek in May 2023 when we needed someone to drive our 92 year old father from Oakville to Mississauga for radiation appointments. We did not know how it would go, but were very pleased with the service Thistlecreek provided. They were able to handle the last minute scheduling of radiation appointments. They also provided detailed feedback of how the appointments went and if there were any relevant instructions for us. Our mum is 93 years old and has been in a care home for nearly three years after she was diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer.
