All the folks at Third Root have created the most supportive and relaxing space, and I look forward to returning. I had a massage with Stephen, who has a wonderful warm energy and is incredibly respectful—everything he did during our appointment from beginning to end made me feel involved and empowered in the process. Afterwards, I felt a dramatic improvement in my shoulder, back and neck pain and I felt more grounded, focused and relaxed.
