Third Root is the place I know I can go to reconnect with myself. Community Acupuncture for me here is like being nestled in a blanket of security when I feel I need a recharge.
Third Root literally brought me back to my Roots! I am a yoga instructor & found myself in need of getting back into replenishing my own practice, as the balance of giving & receiving can become challenging. The Iyengar practice with Alicia on Sunday, did just that. It brought me back to aligning, slowing down & feeling all the sweetness within through awareness & simplicity. I left feeling uplifted & reminded of how amazing this practice is for me. Everyone was super friendly and inviting. Thank you!
The lady at the front desk is super nice and ver helpfull. The lady that did my accupuncture in the community room is ver nice and helpfull. I would definitely recommende
Third Root is a safe space where anyone can feel welcomed and included in an array of alternative healing modalities. The worker-owners are truly special people who believe deeply in lifting up the community around them to the best of their abilities. I feel renewed, refreshed and inspired every time I visit. My first time at Thirdroot was amazing! It is genuinely a safe space to heal, connect, and feel. I'm amazed about their way to integrate services in an inclusive and compassionate way. I felt welcomed, considerated and included. We need more community healing spaces like this one!
We live in a world where many of us have to layer ourselves in armors of stoicism, confrontation, shame, and fear in order to receive care for our bodies and minds.
