Going to Third Root for Yoga is a must for me. It makes the coming week so much more bearable. In these trying and stressful times Yoga for the back class has helped me reduce the stress and anxiety. Since attending Third Root I no longer need my chiropractor. Thank you Third Root for a wonderful experience.

They provide a service deeply needed in the community. The instructors are knowledgeable, the staff are cheerful and a pleasure to interact with, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming for an altogether zen-ful experience that one is surely not to forget.

I just had restorative yoga with Sophia. I walked in slightly jangled from life - fights with kids; household stress; poor sleep - and I walked out feeling CALM. I felt fully refreshed and got to carry that peace through to the rest of my day. Bliss.
I have been going to Third Root for years for yoga. I've also had massage and acupuncture and I can't rave enough about all the practioners. They truly care about their patients and the sliding scale makes treatment more accessible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
