Absolutely LOVED my experience at the workshop for Mindfulness and Yoga for Chronic Pain and Illness. It was just what I needed, and I would love it if this was made a regular class, or a longer series!! Thank you so much for offering it!

Wonderful, welcoming, healing place. I've done community acupuncture and yoga (prenatal and wee ones) - always had a good experience. Instructors/practitioners are experienced, skilled, and very warm.
Community acupuncture at Third Root is an excellent community service, and I truly appreciate the support and expertise of the acupuncturists who practice there.
This is a building where indigenous wisdom, compassion and skill reside. There's something very special about the care you receive there. I felt Mother Julia used every applicable tool, in her belt, to rebalance me. Third Root Community Health Center is my definition of healthCARE.
