fire your entire pharmacy they are all incompetent including the managers. They have never gotten one of my prescriptions right out of 62 so that is 100% failure.

Dr Julia Mullen’s office is great. Always explains what and why. Personable but still professional. I have never had to wait longer than 5 or 10 minutes. Her team is responsive. The pharmacy is slow.
I don’t like being solicited on FB.
Think Pharmacy is completely untrustworthy. Medication is routinely late and staff at the pharmacy are unprofessional and rude. I believe they pharmacy is detached and nonchalant with regard to their attitude towards their patients.
Not a pleasant experience. My prescription was wrong and everyone I talked to was extremely rude. Don’t waste your time or money here.
Upon calling in for a refill, one of Dr. J Shehan's nurses told me that because the PA that was managing my Synthroid is no longer there, I am considered a “new patient” – though I’ve been seen there since it opened. I only come in when I am due for a lab/new prescription – so it usually ends up being less than once/year. I would assume that is typical with most 12-month prescriptions. I recommend this place to everyone! From the minute you approach the doors you're treated so nice. They are standing there waiting to hold the door for you. The doctors show empathy and concern. They sit down and talk so you don't feel rushed. The pharmacy needs a little work, but it's all good. Overall great place that has everything in one location.
