Love my doctor Alex Shehan and the Think Quick clinic. Admin side needs work... email was returned undeliverable after I spent 20 minutes writing it... privacy lacking at check-in... website is confusing. I like being reminded to schedule followup visits. Don't appreciate the scribe in the exam room at all. Beautiful facility couldn't be more convenient for me, esp with Think Quick hours.
The building is beautiful and staff are friendly, but DO NOT SEE DR MARION MEDUNA. She was the worst. Absolutely no social skills, whatsoever. She was dismissive, didn't ask me any questions about my health history, and refused to fill a prescription I have had for over 6 yrs. She didn't even read my chart to see why I was coming in, before entering the room. She was super unfriendly and basically questioned my intentions as a patient. Took my 91 yeat old Mom to doctor they were efficient and aways caring. Her doctor came out and let me know how she was doing.
Dr. Lindley is the only doctor I will see. She has an award winning personality.
I love Think. Everything related to healthcare in one building. The doctor spends time listening to me and asks good questions. I also use their pharmacy which is very good as well.
