Feels like an expensive hotel or spa! It would be nice if there were a more defined & more private check in area. It's hard to tell where to stand for check-in and usually a big blob of the same people waiting for check-in. Maybe spread out the check-in closer to the elevators? Also some work needs to be done to the phone system. It takes a very long time to speak with anyone. Maybe give a email address. I love it!! My blood work, x-rays, mammogram, my annual visit to picking up my prescriptions are all done within one building. Urgent Care is available 365 a year.
I love Think, it's an amazing place everything you need under one roof .
The staff walking in and checking in is great but when you have a doctor that really won't do anything for a patient and have to turn around and take your mom to the ER a few hours later because she can't breathe.....
