I don’t usually rate dr visits, offices. But I’ve never seen such poor communication w in an establishment. For the last two years I’ve been using them and have had nothing but trouble.
Visited. Waited for a follow up call I was supposed to get. Never did even after I followed up and left several messages. Do not recommend.

Receive a call about check up from surgery. Told Dr. specifically need pain medication or some type of pain management. Response? Take up to 6-8 1000mg Tylenol a day and suck it up. Apparently patient care doesn't exist or the knowledgable effects of THAT much Tylenol a day on your body. Don't waste your time.
The 'intake ladies' are wonderful, the Phlebotomist was fun and fast and Dr. M Woodruff, along with his fun/professional Assistant, make all of my visits worth looking forward to, instead of dreading!
Hire doctors that are honest and don't make up lies and truly care about the patients. That would be an excellent starting point :)
I emailed Think Pharmacy Monday to ask if my RX is ready because I only have one pill left. I didn’t hear back until tonight after work I had a VM that I could pick up the drug or they could have it delivered. Since I was already home and working on laundry I figured I would just swing by tomorrow either on my way to work or on lunch. Well the Director of Pharmacy, Nabil just showed up at my door to hand deliver my RX since they didn’t get back to me right away. Yes, it’s the overall caring people and experience. From the moment you walk-into the building to when you walk out. I’m a patient and an employee Think. It is what I saw and experienced as an employee that when my Dr. retired I knew this where I wanted to come.
