Had to call for an emergency after our hot water heater broke and was pouring water all of our basement floor. They were here within a half hour and replaced with a new unit in the same day. Will continue to use their services and recommend to anyone else.
I had an emergency heating issue. Fred & Jeff came here and fixed the issue within an hour or so. They were polite, efficient, honest, & extremely fair priced! I would definitely recommend Thessen Services! 5 stars!
5 stars I highly recommend Thessen. They bailed me out twice with emergencies and got my heat restored in the same day in a few hours. the guys are kind, caring and patient.Always taking the time to explain things so I understand. I can't brag enough!
We were completely overcharged. We asked (4 times - email and voice) for an itemized invoice to show 'parts and labor'. Our request was completely ignored and they never responded to our request. - Mediocre work, exorbitant pricing and unprofessional customer service from their office. I would not recommend their services.
