The women that answered the phone was super rude and she hung up on me
I wish there were a place for negative Stars because I called this company letting them know I have a neighbor problem (so somewhat in a hurry) and would be changing to a Aerobic system. David James came out and advised me the lady in the office which would be doing the estimate was on vacation this week but he could get me a estimate the first of next week, which I was ok with. They were paid to maintain the system, but they did not inform us that they do not pump systems.Then our system started smelling, our tank overflowed and in the process burned out our pump and ruined our control box costing us lots of money. When our system started having issues they came out replaced floats and told us it would work itself out costing us even more money and a horrible stench. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
billed for $625 for new electric motor and about 30 minutes labor ($150) took it on themselves to fix problem with out letting me know the cost. not happy. I wish there was a 0 star.
