I needed a new heat pump system to replace a failed system. I got 4 written estimates, all from "A" rated companies. Thermal Plus LLC was best on price, and customer service. They provided exceptional Service and responsiveness. Installed a new Bryant 3.5 ton 14 SEER R410a heat pump in a second story condo, using an equipment lift. Replaced all internal components of my existing air handler (evaporator coil, blower motor) to save on cost a proposal none of the other contractors offered. Our air conditioner failed on a 95 degree day. Thermal Plus came out on the same day and diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair. We are grateful for the quick response. We were able to sleep well that night.
