These guys are great! I cant say enough! They came and installed a new heat pump on the hottest/most humid day of the year (110 with humidity). They worked tirelessly and did not compromise their craftsmanship. Everything they did was with care; from selecting the best unit for my situation and cost to the little details such as soldering the copper fittings and triple checking the connections. They even went in the attic and ran a new wire. I cannot imagine how hot it was up there! They were all friendly, nice, and courteou... read more

They are professional, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the equipment in a way I could understand. They also provided temporary cooling before we accepted the fair and reasonable offer.
Thermal Plus couldn t have taken better care of me. They responded immediately and scheduled my repair right away. They stayed in contact every step of the way, always responding right away to questions. They explained everything about the job clearly throughout. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and polite. Ash and Team have patiently configured our Goodman system custom to our home. They were able to expedite installation due to urgent need in 90 degree weather/ home business that relies on AC. We appreciate the rescue!
