Polite and helpful. Took the time to answer all our questions and did not try to upsell us. Showed up when they said they would.
Had a heat pump freeze up problem that was quickly diagnosed and repaired. ThermalPlus is very professional, thorough, dependable, fairly priced and a pleasure to work with. With great follow up as well. Don't hesitate giving these folks a call!
