Dr. Defranco is professional and has a personal touch. He and his staff never try to oversell services or products. He always remembers details that are going on in the lives of his patients. April is always upbeat and does a great job as a dental hygienist. I leave there feeling like she has shown complete attention to detail.
I have been using Stone Creek for several years but this is the first time I had Heather as my Dental technician. She did probably the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. I want her for my next cleaning and for my son as well.
The offices and personnel were very nice; Dr Baldone was great.
