If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service from the office. Nothing but issues with this place. Repeatedly had to ask for them to switch to my credit card after my flex spending was used up for the year. They still didnt. If youre dealing with suicidal ideation go elsewhere. They’ll stop seeing you over it. After we were told to not come back I received a 250 bill for all the visits they hadn't charged my credit card for. I have been going here for about or a little over a year now, and I would definitely highly recommend this therapy studio to anyone interested or in need of some help or therapy. Everyone I've met is very nice, polite, and professional. I couldn't be happier as a client unless they had doughnuts in the waiting area. There is a candy dish, but I don't like candy much as doughnuts are the superior treat in my opinion. Now, that's definitely not make or break, just a thought. This place is amazing! Super kind staff, my therapist is great, very attentive and seems to really care about me as a person, very professional, and not just here for a paycheck!
