RecommendedDue to an onset of psoriasis 3 years ago, my skin appeared to be eating itself from the inside, out. I had ~70 open wounds on my skin ranging in size from a pencil eraser to a round donut. They are not upfront about what may or may not disqualify you from a study. Made a long round trip from the border only to be told in the examination room that I had another condition that disqualified me from the advertised study. Nowhere on the advertisement, during my multiple conversations with the screener, or even the paperwork I was given stated anything about possible disqualifying conditions. They refused to compensate me for my time or mileage. Don’t waste your time. There are better study opportunities available.
Therapeutics Dermatology is an absolutely incredible practice. Dr. Bhatia is passionate about his work and is dedicated to remaining educated and staying at the forefront of his field. Not only is Dr. Bhatia incredible, but Therapeutics Dermatology's Medical Assistant, Marc, has really made a positive impact on my health.
