Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this neurologist friendly? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help.
