I have very sensitive skin and I absolutely love all the time balm products that I have tried. My skin doesn't react and they actually do what they say they will. Lipsticks that stand up to everything buy the greasiest pizza and consealler that covers with a natural finish. So good!
I've tried to contact TheBalm many many times and have never received more than one email in response, if at all. I have filed a BBB complaint which does not look like it has been addressed yet, either. Terrible business practice.
