I can't recommend this company enough! When I had issues with my countries postal service losing my online order (and refusing to refund me or find my parcel) The Balm helped me get a solution. They went out of their way to make sure the products definitely made their way to me in Australia a second time. I love my makeup and am now a customer for life! Thank you for everything I really can't recommend this brand enough!!
