Worst customer service I've ever seen! I got the 9 count build your own palette and only got THREE of the right colors out of the 9. It's been almost a month. I've called 3 times. Once I was put on hold then hung up on, the other two times I was told that they would send me a shipping label to return the wrong colors, which was a little bit annoying but I agreed to.
