She doesn't spend much time in the room. But her staff is BEYOND amazing. I've never had nurses continue to keep me updated on insurance progress and work so hard to get me the medicine I needed to get covered.
Everything about my visit was excellent! From the wait time. To the staff and to the dr. Took his time and asked questions and answered mine. Very professional and very respectful. Highly recommend
Excellent highly skilled doctor. Dr O. was caring, attentive, and empathic. Dr. O. Figured out my problem quickly and helped me get out of the hospital. She stayed after hours to care for me, and was happy to address issues that I had on the phone despite the fact she was not on call.
I have NEVER had a doctor show: 1. blatant negligence of my condition 2. not properly explain what is wrong and how to proceed 3. dictate into a machine during our appointment without first talking to me about my medical issue 4. expect me to continually remind her of my treatment history while under her care
I would never recommend the doctor for anything. She was rude, hateful and diagnosed me wrong even after being sent records from the neurosurgeon.
Dr. Austin takes his time and doesn't brush off your symptoms no matter how small they are. I highly recommend him. Great cardiologist.
Patient and takes time to really explain tests, results, and procedures to clients.
Dr. Cross is a fantastic physician and has been a continuing source of care along my path for recovery. I had a hemorrhagic stroke 8 months ago and it has been a long road. She seemed to be focused on my heart so I didn't really know what to think. Of course she knew what she was doing. I apparently had a hole in my heart so she referred me to a Cardiologist. My Cardiologist (Dr. Foster) patched up the hole last week so hopefully I am on the mend.
I went to see Dr. Cross for help with migraines and Thoracic outlet syndrome, which I had already had surgery for, but my surgeon wanted it to be managed by a neuro. She acted like she didn't even know what TOS was, never even touched me or examined me, and just increased medications for my migraines. I am an RN and feel as if I could have done a better job at taking care of this. I've worked with many doctors and Dr. Cross did NOT impress me at all. I will not be going back to this office.
