This place is really nice. They have the newest machines, are friendly and the place is kept really clean and sanitary. They have the place secured at night so no getting in unless you have a key. They also do criminal background checks which is nice. So far best gym I've ever been in.

Not happy with the zoo. Terrible customer service! I have ask countless times to stop billing me. Nope, they just keep doing it. If you have a problem don't think you are going to get a solution. No answers to emails or phone calls. Don't sign up.

The best gym in Grants PASS Oregon. The gym is 'clean' unlike the other gyms. The customer service is top notch. They will take care of you. The equipment is well cared for and when something is out of service, it's quickly fixed. Now the best part, when it is busy, everyone here understands gym etiquette.

RecommendedMy husband and I just started going here and it already deserves 5 stars. We switched over from the club when a friend needed his membership taken over, it was a perfect opportunity and you guys made it so easy to switch, it literally took two minutes!
