The Zoo Derry page is run by cowards. I go on their Facebook page to ask why they lock the speed bag up after staff leaves so anyone who works out late night can't use it. They gave a pathetic excuse about people not using the bags properly and breaking them. Ummm hello? knuckleheads? You have cameras and a sign telling members their membership will be terminated it they kick the bags. Oh how ever will we recoup the monies lost from said violators? I'm sorry but the billing and customer service is aweful I cancelled my membership over a month ago because I moved. And The company is still trying to take money out of my account I have called at least 4 different times and all I hear is they have to talk to the manager about it. And nothing ever happens! I will be coming in later this week to hopefully resolve the issue but come on this is ridiculous!

Love the gym!!! But the customer service is horrible. Been over charged or wrongly charged on a monthly basis with promises to fix and just more problems happening. I would never recommend this place to anyone....based off of accounting and customer service. Save your money and go to Planet Fitness for less a month:(
So I have a contract with the zoo health club. I was UNDER THE IMPRESSION WAS only 3 months since that's what I paid cash for.! (Yes it's my fault for not paying attention to 18months on it) but they are also at fault for not sharing that information.! NOW to get out of contract I have to pay 100$ which I told them 2 weeks ago I'll pay by today. Which with late month would be 124.99$ now I'm being told I have to pay 154.99 and they will waive the 5$ late fee. Even though it was set up for me to cancel at that price by today.... read more
