I paid my $100 cancellation fee, have it documented on my statement, 1 year later I'm being harrassed by phone calls and emails saying I'm behind. What kind of business does this!! I was promised by Byron that I would be Done!!! The war is on, let's go. Social media is my friend.

This place is a joke! When they screw up they take forever to help you even if they do ever get around to helping someone! I’ve been trying to tell the owner I have only had one account there and somehow I’ve been charged for 2 accounts!!! I work in the customer service industry and I hope this place goes under! It’s a joke and they won’t help customers even when the business screws something up!

Their billing is awful. My membership was suppose to be frozen while on maternity leave. They charged me EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I had to argue with my bank and deal with them. I discontinued my membership due to finding a new gym, and they assured me my account would no longer be charged... WRONG! They charged me yet again. They even admitted to billing issues and yet they do not fix the problem, they just wait until you notice, than they apologise and ask if you just want to keep your membership for an additional month. I too am going through the same stuff! Not a very happy camper! I have called multiple times, spoke with the front desk.... saying I would get a call back because it’s something ADMIN has to take care of.... and no call..... they are still taking money out of my account. I even paid for my cancellation fee in November!! Good thing I have it in writing.... I guess I need to take time out of my day to fix this! This is too bad...
Worst company I've ever had to go through. I've never written a negative review before, but I feel the need to warn people about this company. They didnt follow through with their first statement, telling me my cancellation fee would go down by 50%, if I showed proof that I moved. They also charge me more than they said cancellation would cost- $100 (even with proof that I moved).
