horrible customer service, owner refuses to return calls.
The zoo isn't always a great place to go and get your sweat on. Kind and welcoming staff and the perfect mix of members across the board.
Awesome gym. Great people. They just really need to do something about the music. Hard to stay motivated with commercials and the occasional soft rock channel... suggest getting satellite radio and locking it to BPM or Electric Area
Good luck trying to cancel membership. They will take your money there but go to cancel a couple years later and you need to call a 800 number that no one answers. Then they give you John the managers number who does not answer and has a full mailbox. Just unbelievable.
Made a promise to myself to get healthier this year.Chose Zoo in Simsbury. John,T.A.,and Jonathan informative,helpful and knowledgeable . My first week.Cannot be happier. Will provide updates!
A wonderful place to work out with kindred spirits. So motivating - and the staff is great!
