This company threatens to take you to collections during a pandemic. I never should have been charged. I don't even have a membership to the gym. I'm a first responder and I don't have time to receive phone calls about an outstanding debt that isn't mine to begin with. How are you going to charge me $900? This is beyond ridiculous and I want whatever supposed agreement cancelled.

I thought this company was great at first.. I loved my trainer and lost my desired weight. I continued services after my contract was up. Then, I got pregnant and my doctor told me I could not go anymore due to health issues being pregnant. I gave them a note from my doctor and they said they would freeze my account and start it back up once I could come back. There is definitely something sketchy about this company. I've been a member of Pure Core Physical Training since August of 2019 and can't WAIT till my contract ends. They go through trainers like water, then why you try to contact them they don't answer your questions and then tell you to contact their customer service through email. Then when you do you don't get a reply back for days. Very unsatisfied with the professionalism of this business. I couldn't even find a mailing address for the Georgia location. I love coming here its the most fit place around. Its so personal and comfortable for anyone to get work done.

This used to be a great workout place until it changed owners a year or so ago. Almost immediately, they started taking away services and benefits and classes, stopped maintaining the equipment, and started constantly harassing members for personal training at huge additional costs. The managers are incompetent too. I finally left, but they tried to charge me for many more months even though I was not under any contract. Very dishonest.

The trainers are good at their jobs, and have access to an excellent fitness facility. Sometimes scheduling may be difficult, but their experience is worth it. However, their corporate practices are predatory and deceptive. They pressure you into signing and neglect to tell you that you're signing a 12 month contract. After signing, they make you pay 15% of the overall contract value (which in many cases is well over $1,000) plus a 30 day notice, which means you still get charged your monthly fee. Predatory and disgusting billing processes! I have never set foot in a gym operated by nor signed a contract with Pure Core Personal Training. I previously had a contract with FitLab, a NH based gym, but they closed and were bought out by Zoo Fitness Club, who uses Pure Core Personal Training as a billing department for their personal trainer. In all my years living in Avon I’ve never been this frustrated with a local business and people that know me know I don’t sweat the small stuff and never lose my cool.
