I worked at the zoo for about 8 months and in those 8 months I saw a lot of neglect from the owner in the way he handles his business and maintenance of the gym. The billing system is a terrible system where people are often charged double, or more than is expected. There are also 2 extra maintenance fees that you are not told about when you sign up. Great gym, clean facilities. The hands-down best part- Christine's spin class. She's by far the best spin instructor I've ever had. Great music & fun energy.
