Great gym while you’re there. Awful after you quit. I cancelled my membership over a year ago now. For months they continued to take out monthly payments no matter what I did about it. Finally after a while it stopped. Checked vigorously to make sure, no payments taken out for a few months. Great. Check my bank account today and after three months of not having a payment sucked out of my account, suddenly I’m paying for a gym I cancelled once again.

This has been a very welcoming place for me to join. I love walking in each day. And I couldn’t have joined without the kids club. My children really enjoy their time there as I enjoy my time in the gym! I highly recommend checking out the Zoo and joining!
Had issues in the past, but Julian, the new owner of the facility, has been very proactive and accommodating to ensure everyone is taken care of, and has truly turned my opinion on the facility around - I loved the gym before, but now I love the gym and know the staff is helpful and trustworthy - definitely come here!
Do not go there... After being 6 year member, no more... The new owners want to rape existing members over pricing. Nearly twice market price for what the offer!
