I have nothing but great things to say about the Thrive team, and Tim Aberle in particular. Without getting too in depth, I met with 3 or 4 realtors and still felt lost in the process, until I met Tim. I can't say enough good things about our agent Seth Williams. Besides being a great person to deal with, he was able to get us under contract and closed in a short time that is almost unheard of in the Denver market. He has a great understanding of the needs of the market and strategies to win in it. Even after we closed he is still in contact with us and is helping with after move in issues.
