I love the classes, the management and the instructors. Very organazied.

I attend a Yoga 1 class with Rimmi. She's very thorough and focuses a lot on proper technique and positioning of the body. Every week she has a different focus for the class and I can see improvements since the start of the session. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Love this place!
Whenever you walk into the Yoga Center, you can feel that it is a place where you belong. That's they way I felt, several years ago when I first found it. And I've felt that way every day since. It's always a place of peace, serenity, love and so much more. In many ways, it's become a home away from home. It's a place to learn and expand your yoga experience, make new friends, and find your personal peace.
