RecommendedThis is a wonderful place! Most recently I’ve been taking Pilates classes with Karen Best which I have loved! I’ve seen a huge improvement in my core strength, balance and posture. Yesterday I returned to a yoga class — my first one since starting Pilates and the difference is unbelievable! I have new found core strength to hold my poses and get so much more out of my yoga practice. i highly recommend all the classes. I’m so grateful for all that the Yoga Center of Columbia has to offer.
