I think that the YMCA is a great program for families. I joined last year, July 2014 because the doctor has said that my son was overweight. So I began to exercise as well weighing 238 pounds. Today February 2015 I weigh 205 pounds and my son is no longer overweight getting involved with the YMCA was the best thing that our family could have done.
Love all the time i spend here and is really nice the machines and great staff.
