It's hard to say what I like the most about the Y. There's the facility, the staff and the people who work out there. All 3 of which are A#1. I also like the results one gets by going faithfully.
I attend the Tuesday n Thrusday morning water exercise class I always forget the name but I call it water aerobics the instructor is great and the people attending class enjoy it my body feels so much better after class I go because I have osteoarthritis in my hip Keep the great work up
Great place BUT very disappointed with indoor youth soccer practice.. Very amateur coaches..
