It was a disappointing experience start to finish... no valet bell service, no housekeeping almost everything around was closed and paid for waterfront view I thought with balcony but then was told only available with king bed. Very misleading on website and should have been informed prior to Check-in or at Check-in about services. I understand but also feel like you pay additional for those amenities and Should get a discount when almost everything in not operating or at least let guests know on confirmation emails so they ... read more

RecommendedOne of the best hotels I have stayed at. Kirkland is beautiful with scenic views and lake shore to bike and walk around. The restaurants attached to the hotel is awesome as well.
