This place is AMAZING. Great location..... view.... staff...... it has it all! The spa is one of the best I have ever experienced. Active lifestyle, you will love it here! I am in love with Kirkland!
Never even got to stay. I booked my room 4 months in advance only to have the hotel call me 3 days before my trip across the country to cancel my reservation because they overbooked their hotel. Bad business practices and terrible customer service. I got a call a day later offering a $100 gift card to stay with them another time. That felt like a smack in the face! Do you know how hard it is trying to find a decent hotel at a decent rate 3 days before? Absolutely ridiculous, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
I stayed at the Woodmark with my family this past weekend saturday-monday celebrating my brothers graduation. Everything was wonderful. The staff was great and assisted us with whatever we needed or had questions on. Aziz our bartender was great and very friendly. There was a group at the table next to us that was rude to the very nice bartender which is unfortunate but overall our stay at the Woodmark was lovely!
Super friendly staff including (but not limited to); front desk & marina attendants.
It is a beautiful place! Because has space places to enjoy the family, friends .
Amazing hotel all around. I booked a night here for my fiancé's birthday. They were so kind to us and made our stay very special. They brought him a slice of cake and champagne to help celebrate. We enjoyed all the amenities they offered and not to mention the lake view from our room was amazing. We will be back again! Thanks so much Woodmark.
