We have been staying at this hotel since 1996 and have never had a bad experience. The hotel is always in top shape and looks like it has been newly remodeled. We are always made to feel welcome and it is a special event for us to stay there.
Great hotel...friendly staff. Lake Washington always beautiful. My spot to stay when in the Seattle area.
We had a FABULOUS time while staying @ this hotel. Excellent service & a picturesque view makes for a wonderful stay. We had so much fun kayaking on the beautiful lake. We'd highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is more than a hotel! It is like HOME! I just love the views, the boardwalk, and Jenn at the front desk is a dream! I really enjoyed the dining and the fitness center was nice! Such a joy and peaceful time I had there this week! wish the weather would have been better, but I enjoyed staying inside my room! I just love it!
This is a beautiful hotel and spa. Beautiful decor. Excellent service. Loved my balcony view. The waters were so peaceful. Loved the mountains in the background. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne for my husband and bottled water for me. I also enjoyed the fitness center that was available 24/7. I love the California king bed that I slept in. It was amazing on my back! Great valet service. All of this at a great rate!
