This was an excellent choice....the room was cozy and in a perfect spot. It was so nice to sit by the fire and listen to the Fall River bubbling outside. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. It was quiet and relaxing. I have already reserved the same cabin next year!! Great place!!

Peaceful, cozy, beautiful surroundings. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Creek running by the room was tranquil. Fireplace in room made everything seem just right.
The best place to stay in Estes Park. I lucked out when I found the Inn on Fall River. I arrived late for Check in and the owner had things ready for us when we got there. Staff was very helpful. Close to town and RMNP enterance.
I loved everything about Inn on Fall River! My room was spotless and I loved sitting on the deck listening to the river. Nice walking path that goes into town. Fantastic staff! Thank you for everything!! Hope to return soon!
We have been coming here for 6 years now. Our in laws bring us every year. It is an amazing experience for the entire family. We love the river running through the property. Our teenage boys spend countless hours fishing and we have our family volleyball tournament every year.
I slept so hard with the river running next to our room! Super cozy, clean, and quiet.
This is the only place we stay when we are in Estes Park. It has become our favorite vacation spot! Rooms are very spacious and inviting, plus the sound of the river rushing while sitting near the fireplace or on the patio is very relaxing. It is also close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Wonderful staff and a 5+ star place all around!!
