This is a sweet spot to spend a relaxing time! Many deep naps with the sound of the river. The owners have gone above and beyond to help us with everything from rides to arranging food. This is a great place!
We loved this place. It was clean, with comfortable beds right on the river and just two miles from the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mt National Park. Our room in The Overlook had a fireplace; but, it was the sound of the rushing river at night that we loved the most! The owners are pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely recommend The Inn On Fall River for your Rocky Mt getaway. In fact, we can't wait to return.
We enjoyed another wonderful stay July 16-19. The light show and Peter Rabbits Trail are perfect additions for the kids.
We stayed in cabin #17. It was cozy and warm and had everything we needed for 5 days. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces, hot tub, gas BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, tv, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, close to the river, helpful staff and even wildlife viewing. We will be back!

A friend and I stayed at this place during a major snow storm May 17/ 18/ 19. Two of my friends where concerned and posted comments on my behalf. Though the comments were pretty accurate, they did not share the whole story. Though my van did suffer a minor mechanical problem from the lack of plowing. They did eventually fix it for me. My husband and I stayed here for our 2nd wedding anniversary. The hosts/staff were friendly and very helpful, the room perfectly clean, modern and comfy with everything from mini fridge, microwave, dishes, coffee and coffee cups too, fireplace, grills, the bed was comfy and oh the hot tub, absolutely perfect after a long day of hiking in the snow. My wife and I stayed at Cabin #16 for 3 nights in early May. We live in Ne and made accommodations 2 months ago. Nate and Karen answered all questions from the beginning and made sure they had our flight info when arriving to make sure we made it safely. Checking in was a breeze and was easy to find on GPS. I had a real fireplace and an electronic fireplace in the same room. The room had been newly furnished and a new carpet. It was delightful!
What a wonderful experience! We instantly felt at home, and already plan on returning. The owners were amazing and very helpful with anything we needed. The property is absolutely beautiful and right down the road from the national park.
