I moved here from NY a few months ago. I love the gym and tennis courts! Jason did good with my move in lease & Donata did great helping me with my long distance. Ashley the manager introduced herself with a nice welcome gift and walked me to apartment making sure I was pleased with the place. She is AWESOME! . I had only had 1 issue in my apartment and it was handled that day.
April was my leasing condultant she worked with us every step of the way, she always has a smile on face. By the way I love the food truck event she works on every month.
Jason Mejia is a excellent employee and helped us out so much with us moving in a month early and knocked off some of our rent for our move in date in march. Best person in that office hands down.
Had an issue and Jason took time aside to care of it right away - Awesome office staff. Great service.
OMG i just moved into the woodland and I must say my Leasing Consultant April Lopez went beyond the call of duty!!! she helped me find furniture stores that was cheap (living on a college students budget) she walked me through the whole process and was there for me every step of the way. You rock April
I currently live here in The Woodlands! I have lived here for a year and some change. I love the location, it is close to downtown, the airport, and the colleges. This is my second time signing my lease. I think that the office staff, April and Jason, who I have personally spoken with about a few different situations, have been absolutely amazing!!
