I love how I put in a maintence request one day and the next day they are here to fix the problem. My roommates and I had an AC problem where it wouldn't turn on to cool us. Heat in Florida is no joke and we are thankful for Pedro. He came in and fixed the problem and cool air once again flows into our apartments.
Recently moved in and I love it! Thanks to April and the great maintenance team especially Pedro; for their fast and efficient work!
I live here on The Woodlands apartments and I really love it! The place is quiet where you can rest peacefully and enjoy your time home, very close to everything and the leasing office people very friendly, in specific the leasing consultant Jason Mejia, always answering your questions and giving service to the residents equally and respect!!
I visited the apartment complex today and was greeted by Donata Roberts, I must say I was impress with the presentation of the property. The amenities fit my needs and also the friendly staff. I cannot express how ecstatic I am to have found a staff that respects and treats their tenants like family. On such a hot day when my A.C. was not working, I made one phone call to the leasing office, got a hold of Jason, next thing I know Pedro from maintenance was knocking at my door. The situation was handled efficiently and effectively. Thank you to the lovely staff of Woodland apartments. �
I have to say that Donata has a very pleasant and cheerful voice and personality. She was such a joy to speak with over the phone and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends

I was recently helping my daughter look for an apartment within the area of Valencia college and was recommended the woodlands, And I must say that staff there was very helpful, Ms April gave my daughter and I tour of complex and were very happy and Ms,April was knowledgeable about the neighborhood, all and all a good experience.
I've never lived in a place where the staff is so friendly and welcoming every time you see them. April, especially, in the office is very funny, charismatic, and helpful. She even took the time to suggest all sorts of good places to go for me who just moved to the Orlando area recently.
