Beautiful apartments - Parents and students beware of UHouse on Alafaya. Our son lived there, his life was threatened by his roommate that was arrested for drugs and guns 2 months after moving in and local and upper management will not resolve the issue. They will tell you it has been resolved but has not. Horrible place to live - LOTS OF DRUGS!!

Nice space, good location, helpful maintenance staff and office staff. Jason, D'Angelo and April in the leasing office are incredibly helpful and make it easy to sign and continue living here.
I love that we put maintenance requests in, and they make sure to come in the next day. Our favorite maintenance man, Pedro, is always so polite and respectful when entering our home to fix things. You can tell he truly puts all of his efforts forth in making sure residents love it here!
