RecommendedI have lived here for a year now and absolutely love living at The Wire. The staff has been great for any issues or questions we have had. The apartment we are in is great and the community areas are well maintained. The rooftop view as well as the pool are great for showing off or just lounging around.
Been here for around 8 months and have really enjoyed it. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and the facilities are kept in good condition.
I have now lived at the Wire for two years and I couldn't be happier! Friends and family are always impressed by the amenities and fantastic views of Omaha. The pool, rooftop grills, 24/7 access to a gym inside the building, and heated underground garages are a few of my favorite perks. To start, the management here at The Wire is very attentive to any maintenance issues or complaints and is quick to respond. On top of this, they are also kind and easy to get along with. One of my first weeks here they even threw a taco party so the guests could get to know each other which was really sweet! The Wire is the best apartment in Omaha! From the granite countertops to the plentiful windows, each apartment is wonderful and modern. The location is great, especially if you’re going to school at Creighton, and the management is amazing! The management is super helpful, and they genuinely care about the residents. If you have any maintenance issues, they get fixed super promptly. The amenities are also super fantastic. The best staff! They are quick to respond to issues and always make tenants their top priority. The complex is clean and always secure. Safety has never been a concern. It’s a convenient downtown location and the amenities are among the best in Omaha. You’ll love the rooftop pool!
I have lived at multiple NuStyle apartment buildings downtown. All are GREAT but the Wire has been my favorite. The staff are extremely quick to respond to questions and changes. Everyone is also very friendly! The roof includes plenty of space for friends and family, a warmed pool, and lots of grills. The gym has plenty of equipment and a basketball/racquetball court! The Wire is also a great downtown location that is within walking distance to fun and food!
