The thought of looking for a new place to live was so draining after the experience that my roommate and I had at our last apartment complex. From the moment that I called The Windsor, I got nothing but a five star treatment. Dealing with the current situation of the Covid-19, we had to do everything virtually and over the phone. Awesome place to live in! Awesome space, decoration and utilities, and the staff is so helpful and friendly! It certainly did make my transition into the USA a lot easier Special thanks to Crystal and Marlon!
The team that runs the Windsor is very accommodating and friendly. My fiancé and I reached out to the property last minute and Crystal quickly repleyed accommodating our last minute request to see the property that same day. They property is perfect when you need to go to the city to work but you want a quite place to come home to. A great walk to both the bart and stores. My fiancé and I are looking forward to making the Windsor our home and Crystal and the the rest of the team part of our family.
Marlon & Crystal were fantastic in accommodating our target move-in date as it shifted when we sold our condo. The actual move-in was the best I've ever had with an apartment complex. They are thorough and helpful, but not over the top.
I have found the management extremely helpful and more than willing to make my day easier. They’re the best!
