1000/10 would recommend living here. I have lived here for the last two years. I have nothing but good things to say. The staff here are not just employees, they are genuinely good and caring people. Any maintenance issue I have had has been solved within 12 hours. Kevin the main maintenance the best human being ever. He moved my bed frame upstairs when it was delivered without me even asking. I've lived at the Windermere for over a year, and it's the most well-managed apartment building I've ever lived in! The management team and maintenance staff are all friendly, kind, and helpful. Whenever I've had an issue, they've taken care of it immediately. The building is in the perfect location in Dupont, down the street from many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, as well as a very cute dog park. It's also in walking distance of Adams Morgan and Logan Circle. I highly recommend living here!
I have absolutely loved living at the Windermere Harrowgate. If I wasn't moving back home I would have happily stayed here for a lot longer. The units are reasonably priced, especially considering the inclusion of utilities, and in-unit washer and dryer. The location is unbeatable. More importantly, Ayla, Kevin and the rest of the management and maintenance team are responsive, kind, and generous with their time, and effectively communicate any issues and updates with the building to residents. great apartment! I lived in 2 rooms in this complex over the years, both very nice. The location is great, the staff is kind and helpful, and the building is clean and kept well. I've only ever had one issue here with my washing machine breaking and they immediately dealt with the issue, getting new parts and fixing my washer within just a few days. The Windermere Harrowgate Apartments is my favourite apartment building in DC. I loved every day of my stay there during 13 months! It's clean, quiet, with great neighbors. Apartments have washing and drying machines in the units, which is super comfortable. The management company is very responsive to all the maintenance requests. Once I submitted a request - someone came to me in 15 minutes. Had a great experience living there.
