I’ve had a great experience at Windermere Harrowgate and with the Keener Management team. They were very accommodating during my move-in and have been consistently responsive and focused on making sure residents have a good experience. In particular, Miranda Peck has always been wonderful to work with—professional, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Maintenance requests are also handled very quickly. Overall, I would definitely recommend Windermere Harrowgate.
The Windermere Harrowgate management team, including Miranda, are exceptional. Miranda communicates clearly, transparently, and responds quickly. The building is gorgeous, and the WH team goes out of their way to build community and make this a lovely place to live.

The management and staff here are excellent and friendly. They do not hesitate to go above and beyond to accommodate any requests or issues. Miranda has been my main contact for the building management and has gladly helping me even before I moved in, whether it be helping with inspecting the unit to amending paperwork.
