great apartment! I lived in 2 rooms in this complex over the years, both very nice. The location is great, the staff is kind and helpful, and the building is clean and kept well. I've only ever had one issue here with my washing machine breaking and they immediately dealt with the issue, getting new parts and fixing my washer within just a few days. The Windermere Harrowgate Apartments is my favourite apartment building in DC. I loved every day of my stay there during 13 months! It's clean, quiet, with great neighbors. Apartments have washing and drying machines in the units, which is super comfortable. The management company is very responsive to all the maintenance requests. Once I submitted a request - someone came to me in 15 minutes. Had a great experience living there.
I have lived here for only a year but for me this is definitely the best apartment in DC. Very helpful and outstanding management team and super convenient location, also the rent price is reasonable since it includes all amenities. Definitely my fav place to stay, highly recommend.
I've been living here for 1.5 years and love it. The apartments are really nice and the location cannot be beat. The whole team is absolutely fantastic. I've only had a few minor maintenance issues which were dealt with expeditiously and with care. I've received every single one of my packages.
i just finished my one-year journey in DC. I have had a pleasant and comfortable memory living in Windermere. All the staff from here are friendly and helpful. I was deeply impressed by the scientific management and responsible people here. If I plan to leave in DC in the future, I think I will choose Keener Management again. I will also recommend this property to you because everyone deserve such good service.
