I just moved in, and the entire process has been a dream. I feel so lucky to have found this place as a newcomer to DC. Miranda has been a joy and so professional. She got me approved in 24 hours and has been so accommodating. The rest of the staff is just as great. I feel safe here, we have 24 hour security and cameras on the premis. The building is well-kept and beautiful. Happy to be here <3

1000/10 would recommend living here. I have lived here for the last two years. I have nothing but good things to say. The staff here are not just employees, they are genuinely good and caring people. Any maintenance issue I have had has been solved within 12 hours. Kevin the main maintenance the best human being ever. He moved my bed frame upstairs when it was delivered without me even asking. He also has come to my apartment way after work hours to fix a critical maintenance issue. The office staff are incredibly responsive... read more

I've lived at the Windermere for over a year, and it's the most well-managed apartment building I've ever lived in! The management team and maintenance staff are all friendly, kind, and helpful. Whenever I've had an issue, they've taken care of it immediately. The building is in the perfect location in Dupont, down the street from many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, as well as a very cute dog park. It's also in walking distance of Adams Morgan and Logan Circle. I highly recommend living here!
